Cons

1) I have had a bitter hiring experience, with compromised pay scales over the recruitment process. On employer agreements, most clauses favors company over Employee. 2) Not so employee friendly culture, majorly only work focused. but we get to learn much, so its a trade off. 3) Pay scales could be competitive
