They emphasizes hands-on learning through real-time projects and hackathons mostly in healthcare domain, which significantly enhancing technical expertise. Additional Initiatives like technical blogging and teaching opportunities further provide a platform to showcase and strengthen knowledge. One of the most distinctive aspects is the learning approach—rather than relying solely on pre-recorded materials or passive learning, they emphasizes interactive sessions that encourage individuals to research, think critically, and develop innovative solutions. Another most impactful experiences were participating in the company’s hackathon, which was both challenging and rewarding. Competing alongside multiple talented teams, we were tasked with building a robust and scalable automation framework within a strict timeline. This experience not only tested my technical capabilities but also strengthened my leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
