Pros

HR is really takes care of their employees and are always readily available to help you. The compensation is competitive with other companies. The offshore engineering team members is very talented (but cant say for local members.)

Cons

I worked on 3 different project during my time. The leadership is always looking to blame someone when project is failing. They do not have your back, they will only engage when client threatens to let them go then all of a sudden they will have someone from leadership work for few weeks to turn around the project, There's to much politics and bad decision are made by those in command. The project Managers do even know their responsibilities, they see the project going south and do not do anything about it. The Dir of Product & CX, micro manages his direct reports to a point that it becomes impossible to come to work and feel good about your work, During 1:1 he takes notes of everything you said (it's Sad- who does that?) and later uses that info to put other team members against each other, He is dishonest and disrespect his team members. If you're a 'Yes' person, he will like you. We had a team member who was forced to work on a feature that was unethical and instead of working with client and team member, the team member was was not given any support and he decided to leave the company rather then be forced to work on something that was against his values. When other team members bought it up too, only then client decided to put the feature on hold. This director is my-way, hi-way kind of person, who only listens to few people and makes conviction without giving a chance for the other party to hear their side of story. The culture is very toxic and is hard to work in this company. Leadership asked, managers to find small faults that could be used to fire employees without paying severance packages regardless of if you're a top performer or not. I know of quite a few people who just decided to walk away then work for this company. The other folks working on the client account know what the issues are and just pretend is nothing major until to a point when the project is failing then they bring resources to fix few things to being project in green but there is not follow up on future from disaster not happening. Those that go over and beyond or are out spoken are the ones are fired without notice (because they bring out the issues to light that leadership does not want to address) . Would caution working for this company, that does not value it core values and throw it's people under the bus to agree with non ethical values.
