- best engineering team in the space - everyone is talented, collaborative, and ambitious yet humble - exciting technical problems. Was not obvious at first that AI for sales would be so interesting

- everybody here is ambitious and wants to win so be prepared to work hard

- Great company trajectory - Pay is competitive compared to similar roles on the market - Fun product to sell and our customers usually really love us - The majority of people who work here are really great and fun to be around - Solid group of founders that are ambitious and have done a great job creating a sense of community across the company

- Your direct manager can make or break your experience (most of them are great, but not all of them) - The work often feels never-ending; most days I'm working at least 10 hours if not more; it's very easy to get burnt out and many do - Depending on your team, you might not be getting enough support and will have to figure things out on your own - There's often miscommunication or lack thereof between departments & this becomes more difficult to navigate as we continue to scale - We're heavily understaffed in multiple departments which is causing many of us to work over our capacity
