      Pros

      Nine Network has a diligent and fantastic staff who is committed to ensuring they serve the community at large. The staff really does feel like a family and works hard to ensure that events, programs, and other projects are the best fit for the community.

      Cons

      The leadership of the Nine Network can be abusive and, at times, doesn't seem to have a real direction for the station at large. In addition, there are countless meetings; meetings to prepare for other meetings that could be easily coordinated via email.

Recently, we restructured our organization and have taken steps toward addressing some of the challenges you identified. Along with new leadership, Nine PBS has refocused our organizational priorities to emphasize a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

      Pros

      The Nine Network of Public Media has hired some wonderful people who are great to work with. Its a company that has a stable culture and works to keep everyone engaged and interested. I had really good projects to work on while there and always felt like my work useful and worthwhile. The Nine Network is a great environment to work at. I really liked it there.

      Cons

      The Nine Network is still developing it's newest show, Stay Tuned but it doesn't seem like a company looking to grow or innovate that much anymore. Sometimes it was hard to get answers to small questions/email replies.
