• Probably the best, more friendly work environment I've ever experienced. • Workload is very manageable • Leadership is very approachable
Cons
• Job role/responsibilities are very structured and don't vary greatly at all. This may be a pro for some; however, if you crave acquiring new skill sets, dipping your toes into different project work, you'll likely need to shift positions entirely in order to get that exposure.
