Pros

he team here is truly the best part of the company—talented, collaborative, and supportive. You get to work alongside smart people who care about what they do. The role offers a lot of exposure to different aspects of the business, which has accelerated my learning and career growth. There are plenty of opportunities to take ownership, contribute meaningfully to projects, and make an impact. If you're someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this is a great place to build experience and take on responsibility early.

Cons

As with many growing companies, some internal processes and communication are still evolving. That said, the company has a lot of potential, and there's an opportunity for positive change with the right focus.

Pros

None None None None None

Cons

Unprofessional CEO who bills client for all internal cockups then blames consultants for overbilling. Unethical work practices using ghost staff unknown to client and cause insurance liabilities. Share login with client permission causing client risk. Promise additional hours and payments to staff unapproved by client and then when client disapproves, none payment.

Pros

I really love working with the development team on the ATS side. The people I worked with were supportive, talented, and the best part of working there.

Cons

The workload can get heavy when deadlines approach. There is a strong expectation to put in long hours and grind through crunch time to get major deliverables over the hump.
