Pros

Most people are pleasant and helpful.

Cons

Very poor leadership. NTT calls the shots. The Senior Leadership Team only manages up and repeatedly demonstrate that they only care about themselves. The same people get promoted over and over. They laid off the one and only SVP who actually served the employees vs. taking from them. You will likely pay for SLTs mistakes and the CEO’s overzealous BHAG commitment by either being laid off or not receiving a bonus. I’m not disgruntled, there is still a lot to be thankful for and I will miss many of my colleagues. If I could change the past, however, I would NEVER have come here. KEEP LOOKING.

Thank you for taking time to provide your feedback. The Senior Leadership Teams at a regional and global level follow all employee feedback very closely, including your suggestions and others left on this board. Like many organizations inside and outside our industry, we are transforming the way we do business. Change and transformation are hard, even with the high-caliber people we have leading and driving our journey. That change is driven by a purpose and vision to become the leading global systems integrator and managed services provider for Hybrid IT. That goal is a reflection of the market-leading capabilities we have at Dimension Data and across our sibling NTT companies, and we look forward to working even closer together to achieve our combined vision.

Pros

None, Do not apply for this company

Cons

Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
