      Many opportunities were presented to enhance and extend the technical capabilities of the technical engineering staff through both on the job on formal direct with vendor training.

      Cons

      The position involved a lot of travel and I was away from home 4 days of the week and would often not know until a Friday evening where I would need to be the following week.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
