Pros
As a recruiter for NP group I have to say that I don't think it's right to read these negative reviews.
Since I started with this company they have helped me from the very first moment.
From my experience I have to say thank you for helping me with all what I needed from the first day I start including the CEO and managers.
When I started I had practically no experience in the IT sector, even being a small company they invest in having a person who has been training and teaching us every day something new.
There are senior people who have been working in this company for many years and all I can say is positive, if you have any questions they will help you with everything, so in my opinion if you have no experience I think it is an ideal place to start your career in recruitment.
Every three months they have a chat with you to see where you can improve and even spend a couple of hours with you listening to your calls, I think this is a very positive thing as it helps you improve and keeps you motivated.

One more day working from home would be perfect
