A lot of the staff are rude and condescending. Coworkers are afraid of people who want to take an initiative to better themselves and the hospital. Also, you get stabbed in the back for continuing your education. There are people who will do whatever it takes to have your fired. The lack of professionalism is beyond belief. There is praise for laziness.
