Pros
I enjoyed almost all of the people I worked with, and thought that in general the overall mission of the company was a good one.
Cons
Not enough attention paid to maintaining the product line, too many new product ventures (instead of maintaining existing products), major management missteps, and unfortunately very poor execution on some otherwise good ideas.
