Pros
Mytech is a place that allows each of us to contribute to the organization as an individual and part of a team. We have control of our own pay based on performance plans and have an expectation to accomplish those goals. No where else I've ever worked has given an opportunity to earn more than 3% per year. Also the managers treat us like normal people - with normal expectations and flexibility.
Cons
Some people don't like their in-person culture mandate but I think it's healthy and good for the team. We have a lot of fun things that take place and the remote people feel distant and truly miss out on things.
