I have no positive words for this company.

The company is promoting toxic culture unlike how it was earlier. You join such companies for their cool environment but they are degrading themselves day by day. They don’t value our opinions and order their employees as if we are slaves. Neither the editor nor the manager listen to you. No vision in the work structure whatsoever. Unrealistic targets. All they care about revenue and not quality content. They call you in office but don’t provide proper internet, amenities, or even food facilities. They ask writers to write SEO articles using AI tools. Also, micromanagement happens which often hampers our mental health. No empathy left for employees who have been struggling with physical and mental health. Lastly, not every boss you work with is a leader or mentor.
