Employees are given no training and little direction. "Managers" constantly try to step on the toes of other managers. Employees have weeks of unused PTO because they are not allowed to take it, or roll much of it over. Expected overtime on weekends. General vibe is that of simmering anger. People are/will leave because of pay

Good place to work, fun fast pace environment, been with the company for 3 years now and had countless work events and time invested in me for training and a one to one review every 3 months to set and revise targets, also a company that strongly invest with technology to make my job better.

at the moment very happy with the job and cant think of anything that hasn't been resolved with having a talk to supervisors.
