Pros

Great working in the campground with the staff you get to hire. Great working with the few guests who stay at the campgrounds that are happy.

Cons

Long, long hours are the day in day out expectations, even during the winter months when the campground is closed. Volitile upper management that threatens to fire you today and then parises you next day. Endless conference calls that seem to get you nowhere other than the rantings of the owner. Unrealistic expectations on a daily basis. Constant changing of polices to meet the whims of someone in New York (home office). Non payment of bills to suppliers. Those that will do business with you are COD terms but good luck getting a check in time for your goods to be put into the stores.

Pros

Great compensation plan, ability to work flexible schedules, advancement opportunities, Company is growing. Talented upper management team with great deal of experience.

Cons

Company is growing fast. First private company of its kind to consolidate RV Resorts, so learning as they go.

Pros

None that I could think of

Cons

long hours, low pay. Also, hard get anything done because venders would not do anything unless Morgan paid cash. Did not pay enough for what they asked . The husband owner would yell and berate people during company phone calls and company e-mails. As a GM for a New Jersey park and then after two other GM's quit we had to run ours and those two. Thought mine was only park screwed up ,but saw those were worse. They had engineer lie to board of health about septic system and this is just the beginning of what a mess this company was . Like taking profits and buying thing for him and her ,but did not put back in business. No wonder they lost most of their parks .
