Pros

They can spot talent and hire them. Work culture is ok. Pay is fine. There is scope to learn and participate. But the cons seem to outweigh the given pros.

Cons

They hired people, but again fired quite some, as easily, because their plans change(all too frequently?). I suppose no new projects, that is why. A few years ago it used to be a good company. They used to do ambitious projects. Not anymore. You can't voice/have a negative feedback about your boss. I've noticed that you'll be treated based on your role. Be nice to your boss and may be, you're safe. There is politics inside, for whatever reasons, and because of that they are losing talented employees. Hope they rectify this.

Pros

Working as a Senior Analyst in a gaming environment has been a uniquely rewarding experience. Every problem you work on directly connects to player behavior—whether it's improving engagement, optimizing monetization, or enhancing the overall game experience. What stands out most is the independence to solve problems end-to-end. You’re not just analyzing data—you’re shaping decisions that impact live games and real players at scale. The pace is fast, the problems are dynamic, and there’s always something new to learn. It’s a perfect setup if you enjoy combining data, creativity, and product thinking.

Cons

High ownership can feel demanding during critical launches/events Gaming metrics can be noisy, requiring deeper digging and patience
