      Pros

      Some of the employees were great while I was there

      Cons

      *Long periods where we didn't get paid. Sometimes a couple weeks late and sometimes multiple months late. *Always pressured to work late and train in new jobs even when we hadn't paid for months, it was never enough. Toxic environment *Tried to use personal work for their own advantage on a consistent basis *Tried to insert themselves into my freelance projects for other clients while I was out of work with Moondog.

      Dear Former MD Concept Artist. I am sorry that you did not have a positive experience while employed with MD. It is true that the company went through a bumpy start-up phase from Jan 2017 to February 2018. Although that feels like just yesterday, MD is now a growing small business. Since joining the company in April 2018, we have not experienced any of the issues you mentioned above. Thank you for your comments and to opportunity to respond.

      - Co-workers were nice, competent, and helpful - Management was helpful and to the point - I could live close-by, and the company helped me with relocation. - Took employee's thoughts on company seriously - Good Benefits

      - Some scale issues with projects - Very quick, large scale changes were tough to keep up with

      Pros

      Cool projects. Mostly good intentions from the company. Family driven people.

      Cons

      Top leadership isn't solid. Misdirection with company goals and objectives. Too many projects taken on without an emphasis on the end-client quality. Poor leadership/direction will put you in a hard place, but you'll be blamed for the shortcoming. Oh and the open office is horrendously loud. Not a great work environment for focused work.
