      Growth plans look positive into 2024

      Cons

      Think carefully about joining this organisation if you value - Open Communication, fairness, Recognition and Growth Opportunities. I am not saying they don't exist, but these aren't priorities for management in my (limited) experience unless wrapped up in a short-term HR objective.

      I work with a great team. There is real longevity in the time people have worked there. It speaks to the support you have from your team.

      but you learn a lot very interesting FX Market and sales techniques

      Technology is obsolete and very cuts throat all depends on who your boss is very high-pressure environment remote does not exist
