      Pros

      Used to be good before the owner fired the CEO. Good product when done right.

      Cons

      Totally disorganized. Bad decision making by owner. Execs are two-faced. Act like it’s all good but the employees are upset with recent decisions to get rid of good people for greedy reasons.

      Great benefits, wonderful group of people to work with. We are like family! Everyone here is hard working and dedicated. Also we have fun games we play and fun bonus systems that are created for us when we work hard and make targets together.

      I really don't have any cons.

      Pros

      Clearwater is a beautiful city.

      Cons

      Owner fired the CEO who got the company on the Inc 500 and now it’s a little wild over there. Work environment is threatening. Glad not to be working there anymore. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.
