From the very beginning I was pleased by the excellent induction program, work culture and clear policies. Collaborative team, open communications between the team members and management. Leadership culture, support of personal learning and development. Flexible working time, no work stress. Good salary + benefits: paid vacation, insurance, good choice of snacks in the office.
Cons
No, I have nothing to complain about. It can be very challenging when you’re working with a team, and it’s competing visions and strong-minded people. But we are growing together, that’s why I learned many years ago to focus on the process and have as much fun as I can in my work.
