Growth opportunities - I've worked at large companies, but never felt free to try new approaches to the business being developed. Before joining Mobipium, I had some reservations because, in my experience, startups are very likely to work towards speculation and what business angels decide its best. I’ve been with Mobipium for over two years now, I’m already leading my own project and building my team, This project is very important to me, I feel trusted, stimulated and rewarded for my work. Also, the people are very kind and friendly!

Need to improve facilities, the office it's getting small. Need to train people's mindset - Our managers work in a very “american" kind of way and often set a goal and give us the main guidelines rather than teaching the way of doing it. This makes us have to be much better professionals, and sometimes people aren’t prepared. I feel some of my colleagues tend to confuse worklife balance with being in the confort zone, and worst, expect to grow with little effort and to be told exactly what to do.
