Pros
The only positive thing - the salary.
Cons
The management refuses to fix organisational problems even when a solution has been presented. The CEO micromanages every aspect of the company and scrapes work done over months, just because, he doesn't like that anymore. The biggest con though - The management tries to tell you what you can't do on your own time. Example - any freelance activity out of office hours is forbidden, and you are subject to termination if you do it. You cannot have a company in your name, even if it is just to sell handmade trinkets you have created over the weekend.
