I have been working with Mind Edutainment for the past 3 years. During my 3 years of experience with the organization I have grown both professionally and personally. THOTS is a very innovative program that concentrates on developing the Higher Order Thinking Skills in children of age group 5-13 with help of games designed by the company. Each of the games are very interesting and can be enjoyed by any age group (children as well as elders). Along with students as a facilitator it has helped me to learn many new things every single day. -As the organization follows a flat Hierarchy the employees gets equal chance to express themselves. -About the corporate office, the National Program Head is a very friendly, understanding, and cooperative person who understands the needs of the employees. We can reach out her any time regarding any challenge that we face during our work. -We have a very approachable team, who constantly motivates the employees. And also we follow a transparent working culture. -Management feedbacks are always focused on the positive aspects as well as challenges -As we work in schools the working hours are very appropriate hence we are having a balanced work and personal life. We are also given an option to Work From Home whenever it is possible. -Flexibility that the organization provides is really appreciable -For the past 3yrs of my experience in this organization something that I would really appreciate is that, not even a single time they have delayed the salary. It is always processed on time. I really enjoy working in this organization and still looking forward to explore my skills in this company in different roles.
Cons
As a start up we faced some challenges initially. But we have a very supportive and friendly management hence no concerns as such until now
