Get to experience incredible events like behind the scenes concerts and basketball games etc. only good on paper for experience, but a dead end
Cons
Management is run by the same people since 1980s and don’t advance in any areas of business . Old mentality, racism and nepotism involved which is known through the work culture in management and nothing is done, including HR. Lack of growth, minimum wage, and no overtime pay but expected to work past your hours . Worked 22 hour days. Most employees are not happy just passionate about the Heat
