Pros
The main pro at Mi-Tech is their flexibility. If you need scheduling flexibility and that is one of your biggest factors, this will be a decent fit for you. Your co-workers will likely be amazing people and great workers.
Cons
There is no upward growth potential here whatsoever. There are a couple of management positions that will open up each year (mostly because other managers step down from their duties or they leave the company) but workers. very few job titles at the company, so the title you come in as will likely be the same for a long time. Which then means that the compensation, which can be decent to start but you will likely need to negotiate because their starting ranges are wider than you may initially expect, will not stand the test of time as you gain more skills and do more for the company. As you become a more valuable asset, your compensation will not match that, which is partially due to the flexibility of the company. There are very few metrics regarding work effectiveness and productivity, so the flexibility and freedom equates to raises and bonuses that are subjective and more likely than not will be standard across the board. Which in some ways makes the main positive be a negative. Overall the company makes you feel replaceable regardless of how much time and effort you have given them.
