Cons
1) No work culture 2) No monthly meetings being held (total remote work) 3) Controller and Asst. Controller asks me to do different things at once and when it contradicts, all blame is on me. 4) No proper training sessions provided. 5) When I ask for help or to resolve a doubt, I get replies like you are suppose to know this now. 6) One mistake and you il be yelled by the controller. 7) I also got personal remarks questioning my accounting skills (which was hurtful), and also a pride statement from the controller that I have 40 years of experience. I mean like seriously? If I want to comment then I could have replied that 40 years hah and still only reviewing the bookkeeping work. Wow! 8) No team co-ordination. Tone at the top is messed due to which lower level is also messed.
