      The people who work here are fantastic and are the only reason many are still around

      Cons

      Everything else. Rapid changes in strategy or absolutely no real strategy. Leadership that is clueless, absent, or inexperienced.

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.

      Great benefits, and a majority of coworkers from various departments are fantastic and creative.

      Multiple directors have major egos and very little respect for those under them in the org.
