* high expectations from management * bad communication and training skills. This company has a pretty simple marketing structure however are not very good at explaining the performance they want in their employees. Your job is basically driving in different areas of a city and giving marketing material like brochures to real estate offices and trying to explain what the company is and what they offer. Your goal is to schedule classes or business meetings with these offices. What’s sucks is some offices are either not interested, closed because of COVID, locked, or don’t even exist when you have a map of them. Each day of my work my manager would be very offended by the performance of my structure and expected me to get the whole structure of what to do right when I just started however never really took the time to schedule training for this position.
