Pros
Laid back Employees all friendly Opportunities eg learn barista and a wide range of responsibilities Great hours (get what hours you want) Your availabilities and NA is taken well into consideration Very considerate of personal issues
Cons
Not paid well - 16yrs = $10.36 , 17yrs = $11.50, 18yrs around $12, 19/20yrs = $15 and so on with max pay supervisors getting just under $20/h Public holiday pay just $2 more p/h, no double time, time and a half, overtime etc Hours range from 8am-11:30 (usually midnight closing) on most days with Friday/Saturday finishing at 1am RETAIL GETS SAME PAY AS BAR IF YOURE 16 AND WORKING IN RETAIL YOU STILL GET $10.36!!
