Salary on 10th of every month. Leave policies are bad. No Work Life balance. No Employee engagement activities. Worst Picnics. Lots of Office Politics. No Canteen or Refreshment options. Increment Policies are really bad. They ask you for Commitment Period / Bond. Unsystematic Work Practices, poor documentation and adhoc work style. Asking the employees to give reviews on Google and Glassdoor. Team Leads are unskilled. They are present only because the lick the Management's feet. PF and EPF rules are unclear. Accounts Team is not skilled either. Pathetic work knowledge.
