      Family oriented, laid back, very casual and relaxed dress code, standard benefits and friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Could pay MUCH BETTER, hard work and dedication not recognized, no training, no 401K match at all, employees can be big babies, shows favoritism among employees

      Friendly people and a pretty easy job.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, poor benefits. A company that wants to be in the new age but is being held back by an old school mentality and the older employees at the properties.
