      We should be able to wear current Mango stock instead of uniform As there isn’t a big head office team in the UK communication can be difficult

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
