      Nice store and place to work

      Cons

      The pay and hours were poor, preferring to keep staff at minimum contracted hours but have them work full time. Bonus scheme unfair when working full time, but getting bonus for part time contract when they’d refuse to give full time

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
