Great direct managers, the ones you see daily. Good starting pay. Pushes for cross training.

Cares more about how you look than what it takes to do the job efficiently. Out of date systems and machines. No raises, so no matter how long you've been there you'll be stuck at 11 an hr. Supervisors or leads are stuck at 12.
