As I am close to a decade behind on a response to this review, I have to say that it is quite painful to see how unhappy the reviewer was at our business. Coming out of the Great Recession was a challenging time for us, and we sacrificed together to keep our company alive. Today, MEECO is a vibrant, stable business, with a much-improved physical plant, a capable production manager, investment in cross-training and advanced training in tools, like Salesforce; and very little turnover. To the extent that I, as CEO, in any way did or said anything that was hurtful or abusive, I wish to humbly apologize to this reviewer and make amends in every way possible. Having worked for some "crazy" bosses myself when I was young, I know how awful and demoralizing that can be. Please know that I focus every day and in all that I do to be respectful and a good role model.
