Pros
I worked with a mix of intelligent professionals who loved what they did, the projects I worked on were interesting and had a wider impact on UK security and I was given a fair amount of autonomy, day to day.
Cons
Benefits were nothing out of the ordinary, but there was a company review taking place as I left. Some days the office was empty and there was an expectation that hybrid meant you had to make the journey in a few times a week, even if it didn't fit with other people's schedules - that's probably an individual gripe rather than a cvompany one.
