Not a clear personal development plan: you are the manager of yourself. Managment is unexperienced and cannot properly execute plans and guide junior resources. Very caotic environment. Need to extra work quite often. Company is not able to scale up on analytics and employees rotation is quite high, negatively impacting the knowledge retantion. Performance review are ”re-reviewed” from your manager’s manager to lower grades and minimize benefits paid to employees. Salary is not increasing despite more and more tasks and responsabilities. Nice as a short experience on CV then you need to find something more stable with a clearer career development plan.
