Pros
- The management team set the strategy but the game teams are given large amounts of autonomy - The process for researching and greenlighting new games seems to be working with some strong games in the pipeline - Feels like best practice free-to-play games production with a good balance between data and game design - Nice offices. Good benefits.
Cons
- Casual multiplayer games might not suit everyone. This isn't the place to make the next Call of Duty. - There isn't much in the way of job titles of hierarchy, which makes it difficult to progress up through the company.
