Cons
As any company that experienced rapid growth, it would experience "growing pains" in its internal organisation but that has been addressed. Also sometimes seeking immediate solutions by hiring outside the organisation has led to bringing in individuals who mistook the companies generosity and fellowship for lining their own pockets at the companies expense, bordering on theft. Selfish greed was never an MASG value. And self-righteous Ego's lead to their own self implosion.
