      Pros

      I really like work at the beginning. I have been working for almost two years. Lunex Telecom has very talent employees but the company is divide by two. Family members (Vietnamese) and Spanish employees but is the reality.

      Cons

      I agree with most reviews. The managers they don't care about you. My manager most of the time he's out the office I'm feeling like housekeeper.

      Pros

      - Management help set clear goals for projects to help guide project and performance - Team members are always in a positive mood, which is infectious. - Management teams allow employees to work independently without constant supervision - Professional development opportunities are given. Which is nice to know. They really encourage and promote growth here.

      Cons

      - A lot of work and lots of opportunities. Never a dull moment! - May wear a couple of hats with lots of responsibilities, but this is a great opportunity and place to grow and develop a career.
