- strong brand which is recognized all over the world, employees identify themselves with the 'crane' - great safety culture, aircraft are well maintained - diverse job families within the corporation and possibilities to change jobs between companies - good benefits, but they are becoming more and more limited
Cons
- Corporate culture is too "German" - too much time goes by before decisions are made due to the need for general consent for every decision - cost measures are often questionable, lots of opportunities for cost-savings go by because they are not pushed enough - only few international managers or employees from different industries in headquarters - not innovative and cost-effective enough to withstand emerging competitors - limited career development possibilities for women (on paper yes, but not in real life)
