Pros
It was fun working in the music industry with like-minded young people. Access to tickets, backstage, and more was also a big plus. The company also put on fun private events for employees.
Cons
I had to fight tooth and nail to get a raise that wasn't great. The hours were long - I stayed in the office sometimes until 10pm or later. The workload was completely unmanageable.
