Pros
The people (some of them) are the only pro. They are taken for granted on a daily basis
Cons
Everything! Diabolical! Extremely low salary (unless you’re a senior manager or director). Bullying culture - they’ll pay you out to shut you up, regardless of your loyalty or length of service. Worst job I have had, the change from Capita to Link made no difference. Please, I beg you, if you value your sanity, avoid this place.
