I witnessed 3 instances where women's jobs were changed when they returned from maternity leave (against their will). Absolute discrimination against women (sometimes by female directors). The company has no control over the way in which some directors treat their team members. Some of the directors are bullies, volatile, emotional and treat their team members terribly. Treatment of staff is not equal. Compensation is not commensurate with workload or on par with other companies.
