There were good managers and directors before 2013 Easy access to public transport and food Flexible working hours (if you report to a good manager) Smokers are never monitored for their time spent for smoking You can dissapear during the working hours and no one questions and they are the heroes

MICRO MANAGEMENT Promotions and merits for favored employees Un-professional internal interview process/ hiring manager doesn't come to the interview and the panel will be with some people from other teams who has no lac of the job Poor decision making by senior leadership team Very bias and partial HR team - they act as puppets of managers and directors, no support for low level employees Racism/ discrimination/harassment at its best here Lack of direction from top to bottom Hidden communication - mislead employees Travel approvals for buddies Projects keep on hold for ever or stop halfway Overall "earn more and less work " is the motto of most senior emplayees Annual redundancy ceremony which send most valuable and hard working employees home
