- Large apetite and capacity to deploy money - A true impact investor amid the competitive growth ecosystem - Exposure to senior and experienced professionals - Every voice is heard and matters in the decision-making process - Global firm with high level of freedom to local offices - Investment rationales are well fundamented

Cons

- Not necessarily a bad thing, but as a growing firm, things constantly evolve and one has to be open to change. No time for accommodation

The workload is manageable & you're given full autonomy over your work (no micro-managing).

Cons

The office environment is very gloomy & there is very poor communication between management & staff.
