Pros
The student population is great. The on-site administration is usually helpful and attentive but overworked.
Cons
No path to full time employment. No attempts to retain staff or admin. Everything is done at the whims of the owner, who doesn’t seem to understand education at all. Low pay, no benefits, no community.
