Pros
The people you work with are some of the best. You can basically take time off when you need.
Cons
Management doesn't care. The "people and culture" department will tell you that they want to help; in fact, I fully expect them to respond to this review by saying something like, "We wish you would have come to us and told us you were unhappy!" Guess what? I did, many times, and nothing was done. Layoffs have been happening over the last year and a half. Over 25 people were let go last week, and that doesn't include the 4, 5, or 6 people a month - veterans with the company - that were let go each month since close to the beginning of this year. The morale is terrible. Transparency is zero. Work from home days have been eliminated. People are stressed beyond belief.
