Pros
There is a feeling of accomplishment when you see the franchisees grow and run a successful educational program that you helped them start. Being involved and hands on with activities that impact the growth of the business. The people that work here are team players and willing to assist you in getting your job done. Recently we have been doing a lot of field staff training to assist us in developing our consulting skills with franchisees. Even the budget for outside training was recently tripled to allow us to purse professional development via college courses, seminars, and industry workshops. Good health benefits and plenty of personal leave time along with holidays. In fact they just add 3 additional personal leave days to all full time staff starting in 2013. HR Dept is always looking at ways to improve upon our benefits from healthcare, 401k plan, reimbursements and other areas. They have a great staff of people there to help you and resolve issues that you may have with insurance providers and doctor's offices.
Cons
Upper management can be slow on making decisions and implementing necessary changes.
